ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to help build and structure the HR function of a growing U.S. operation.

This is not a “maintenance HR role”. This is a build, improve, and make an impact position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Lead recruiting and hiring processes across departments

• Implement HR processes and policies

• Manage employee relations and performance discussions

• Support leadership with organizational structure improvements

• Act as a key partner to leadership in people strategy

• Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or similar)

• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn and achieve ambitious goals.

• Outgoing, disciplined, and self-motivated personality.

• Open-minded, with a collaborative approach to working with international teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
